We can provide you with kitchen design services if you wish, this is a free service when combined with the purchase of a new kitchen. This service is normally provided by your kitchen supplier, but we also use freelance designers from time to time.
We are happy to purchase the new kitchen you want for you, if you choose from one of the merchants with which we have an account. Often, we can offer you some trade discount % against your new kitchen from the list price advertised by the merchant.

We now operate a split payment system for kitchens, following the placement of the order for your kitchen you simply pay for the kitchen itself, and then later you pay separately for the installation cost. Don’t worry, it is all explained in BIG PRINT LIKE THIS in your order form and this helps you spread the cost of the kitchen remodelling, even if it is only across two pay days, as some would say, every bit helps.
Kitchen Adaptations for the Elderly or Disabled
There are a number of options available for the adaptation of a new kitchen. We can transform an existing standard kitchen into a kitchen which has functionality designed especially for the elderly or the disabled. Low height work surfaces and kitchen units make a significant impact on the usability of kitchen in this instance.
This is just one example of kitchen adaptations for the elderly and disabled, there are many more that we can offer to you from our supply network, and we normally do this via consultation with the specialists from the manufacturer themselves, we also work closely with both the designer and you to get you the most practical kitchen possible. These kitchens are normally totally custom to your specific needs and if there is a really specific requirement then we can have units made exclusively just for you. (Note: this does not include custom woods or colours).
Combined with a new kitchen for disabled use, it is often advisable to change the entrance door to the kitchen at the same time. We never recommend removing a door to a room as this has serious consequences for fire risk in the event of a fire, you should never remove the door to any room for this reason alone.
Instead, you should have the correct Part M Door fitted and we can find one to suit your situation, even down to the correct type of Part M Door Lock if you need some privacy such as in a downstairs disabled toilet.
