Who We Are

Koolwarm Services Limited has been providing heating, plumbing and air conditioning installations to the domestic home owner market and commercial property markets for several years. Combining experience in all aspects of gas installation and gas powered equipment such as Combi boilers and full central heating systems.

Our engineers and installers are Gas Safe Registered, as is our Technical Director – Mal Mason, we are always more than happy to supply credentials upon request.

Where We Are

We are very conveniently located almost perfectly in the centre of England, right in the heart of the Midlands in Tamworth, Staffordshire. From our base we are very fortunate to be able to access all of the central road networks which means that we can cover a substantial portion of the region for our installation and maintenance services and we can offer national coverage for supply of equipment from our online store.

Where We Work

We supply anywhere in the UK with equipment from our internet shop, naturally delivery charges may vary if you live in the extremities of the country.

For our installation, service and maintenance work we normally work across the Midlands Region and depending on the size of the project we will work further afield for larger commercial contracts. For home owners and landlords we provide a full range of services in our locality including complete property refurbishment, plumbing installations, central heating, air conditioning, kitchen installation and complete bathroom makeovers, wet rooms and conversions, electrical installations including periodic inspections and upgrades to domestic and light commercial power supplies and consumer units.

We also have substantial experience of working within the social housing sector, care home and retirement complexes. We have completed substantial contracts refurbishing domestic tenant based properties to comply with the Decent Homes Standard. We can provide full references and can even arrange for you view properties that we have refurbished extensively so that you can talk directly with the owners and the tenants in those properties.
