25/Feb/2010: Just a note to everyone that the heating and boiler products store launch is getting very close now, we should realistically be open within the next few days. We will be running some introductory offers on certain gas combi boiler products, but you will need to register in the store beforehand. The mailing list and account setup will be live in the store. A brief note about finding your way around when the store goes live. When you go to the store section all of the information in the store relates to central heating and other plumbing products only, the remainder of the site is for services, and other news along with the blog.

Koolwarm is currently in the process of launching a brand new web site and online store where you can buy the latest innovative and energy efficient heaters, boilers and other climate control equipment in the home and office heating market. Be sure to read all of our new policies on ethical trading, including our privacy policy.

We are diversifying our great range of central heating and plumbing installation services to include direct supply, this means that we will be able to offer our customers even greater savings than we currently offer – imagine that! We’ll be working for nothing soon..

This means even greater discounts on the installation of a new and replacement heater or boiler, even greater discounts on climate control products and air conditioning in general, you pay less, which hopefully means that we can do more.

Watch this space for news of our forthcoming local heating cover scheme, we will cover everything in your central heating system including your Auntie’s kitchen sink for one low monthly price. Conditions will naturally apply because as you well know, you can’t buy a loaf of bread these days without conditions – but what we promise to do is make all of our conditions LARGE PRINT and VERY CLEAR LIKE THIS. So you will know exactly what is, and what isn’t, covered in your central heating system.

Our aim is to cover the gap being left by many companies lately that are trending towards  reduced cover for central heating and boiler maintenance cover, but amazingly don’t seem to be offering a discount to their customers for this reduction in cover? Well we intend to remedy that very soon.
